From steam tabe data, estimate values for the residual properites V^R, H^R, S^R for steam at 255^oC and 1600 kPa, and compare with vaules by a suitable generalized correlation.

Calculate everything on a per mol (not per mass) basis. For the ideal gas calculations, remember that they do not say “simple” ideal gas, so Cp is not constant. Also note that the reference state for the steam tables is liquid water at 0.01^oC.
