  1. A drug under investigation is eliminated mainly by conjugation to a glucuronate and a sulfate. A single dose of 100 mmol of the drug is given by IV bolus injection. The Vd is 10 L and the rate constant of total elimination (K) is 0.9/h. The rate constants for the formation of metabolites are 0.6/h and 0.2/h for glucuronate and sulfate respectively. The Vd for both metabolites is the same as for the drug. The metabolites rate constant of elimination is 0.4/h for both. Calculate the concentration of drug one hour after the administration.
