let's say that I will be cooling a crushed limestone for cement production from 300 celsius to 30 celsius, will that temperature (30c) cause the material to obtain moisture? If yes, what range lf temperature is the best before entering the air classifier then to the slaker?

Any product will gain or loose moisture is totally depends on its surrounding conditions of air/atmosphere like Humidity.

In above case if air(in the vicinity of limestone) has humidity at 30 Celsius greater than the atmosphere humidity it will loose moisture to limestone.

Moisture gaining and loosing is totally depends on the humidity conditions surrounded by system (limestone ).

Its totally depends on the humid conditions not on the temp renge specifically.
