Chloroalkanes are the mixtures and combination of different types of alkanes with chlorine gas. In such chloroalkane chlorine act as an halogen. Chlorine gas is very poisonous to human being. When such chloroalkane is exposed to air its vapors are flammable and narcotic which requires prevention. Due to content of chlorine alkanes becomes more useful but also a hazard. Due to this chlorine and alkane of different hydrogen and carbon it leads to irration on skin and eyes.
