can a cement silo cool down a crushed and calcined limestone from 300C to 50C? if not, can you suggest a specific equipment wherein, we can lower its temperature to 50C before entering the air classifier?

SOLUTION:

Cement production involves a good deal of bulk material handling. Limestone rock is a major raw material in the production of cement. During the production process, crushed and calcined limestone has to be cooled before supplying into the air classifier. For this purpose a cement silo would not be the best option.

For this purpose a rotary cooler would be a better option. The rotary cooler consists of a revolving cylinder, following the rotary kiln. This may be used to lower the temperature of limestone.
