In the fermentation process , the yeast converts sugars into ethyl alcohol and CO2.

When the primary fermentation is complete , the beer is transferred to the secondary fermenter.

In the secondary fermenter , the beer clarifies , becomes more refined and polished.

If not secondsry fermenter , it is allowed to stay in primary fermenter for 2-3 weeks more.
