What similarities and differences do you see between Riverton’s present day attempts to deal with homelessness and the policies created by the Poor Laws?

Its better known as Elizabethian poor law . This law was developed in 1834 to protect the poor citizens who are homeless and another motto was the accountability of the problem. Similarities between Riverton,s present days attempts and old poor laws are that both the laws address the poor citizens but differences are there in the ways of tackling the problems. The motto of making both the laws was also different. Poor laws were developed to address the problems but rivertons attempts is the social responsibility.
