b) the lateral surface (cylindrical part) is closed with a vapor barrier?

c) the drying occurs on the entire surface of the drum?

Data: Assume surface resistance to be negligible and Dab = 4 x 10-4 ft2 / h.

Answers .: a) 37.5 h; b) 500h; c) 35h.
