3. Enables the HR to root out candidates easily.

4. As an integrated process, it allows the HR to essentially allow more candidates and select the best for the job that is presented.

CONS

1. It is a linear process with less complexity in terms of its ability to screen the applicants.

2. Narrow criteria selection option and linear selection process.

3. Does not allow a candidate suited for the job to be selected based on a certain criteria that is not matched.

4. Does not have a human touch and experience which is needed to be able to provide better communication, or interaction in order to create the best process possible.
