Egypt’s organized labor plays a critical role in the democratic process.thes politically active labor are more likely to work within emerging legal frameworks to resolve disputes, strengthening the new government’s institutional legitimacy and the rule of law. Excluding organized labor from the political process can undermine political development as well. These organized labors are given Freedom of association and collective bargaining which is important for well functioning democracy. Thus organization of labor is a step toward empowerment of civil society and it add to democratization
