Provide an example of a leader who inspires you? Explain why.

Elon Musk is a leader that inspires me. There are many aspects of his leadership that qualify as being exemplary. First of all, the displays the qualities of democracy and transactional leadership which is visible through his companies like Tesla and SpaceX which thrive on the input of their employees at all levels of the organization. He enjoys and allows free flow of knowledge and information which is evident by his actions which made the design of his Tesla car engine a public information. He favours excellence and innovation above all else which is seen in the growth his company has shown and the leaps and bounds his different ventures have taken in order to be considered a great leader. He acts as a mentor to everybody and sets examples which others follow.
