Time has changed and way of doing business has changed over the years. While globalization has brought many benefits to businesses across the world, it has impacted the job of the transport manager very largely. To successfully doing international operations, organizations needs to deal with two kinds of demands i.e the need for local orientation and the need for integration. The transport manager has to act as a global strategy which revolves around the core operations which needed to be modified and adapted as per the local needs.
