Answer #1

The first step that I will be taking is to understand the root cause analysis of the grievances that occurs, the objective will be to make the process easy and effective for employees because grievances are actually impediments which actually affects an employee's performance. I will suggest the organization to form a dedicated grievance cell which will look after these issues and handle such situations so that employees are satisfied because that is quite essential for an organization to do good in the industry. The root cause analysis of the issue will provide me details about what the issue is and the grievance cell will actually improve the procedure.
