In today job market it not at all realistic to expect a realistic job preview. As, we know in today’s market there is not only shortage of job , also shortage of right talent.

To get the talent companies also showcase the bright side of the job and hide the dark side. For that people tend to call their connection to get the inside of job preview.

This is done to attract and motivate the potential employees to the organisation. Job preview is decorated in a way that it will attract the employee.

But , employee also adjust according to job need after he see the actual work.
