Answer #1

The style of learning that I most identify with can be considered to be kinesthetic in nature. This style of learning involves the use of doing, instead of just listening to the auditory learning style of seeing through the visual learning style. This means that a person essentially has to do, simulate and participate in the process of learning. This style of learning allows the practitioner to be essentially able to learn skills that require the constant use and therefore, is good for mechanical stimulation.

As far as this is considered keeping in mind the career path that a person is supposed to take, learning becomes easy and comes with the use of processes like repetition. A person takes notes, participate in activities and essentially learn through the stimulation of all the sense and not just one which allows the person to then become adjustable to the environment of the company. It is usually seen that a person with kinesthetic learning style can adapt to any training style a company might be using a provide a great advantage in the long run.
