Answer #1

The two additional resources that I plan to use to help me prepare for an interview and why am I using those are discussed below:

  1. The official website of the organization where I am appearing for the interview is the first source which I will use to prepare for my interview because this source is highly trustworthy and I will get relevant information about the organization. The information which is available on this source will be the exactly same as the people interviewing me will have and providing the same when asked creates a huge impact on the interviewer, this also gives interviewer an idea about candidate's seriousness for the job.
  2. The latest news, reports and articles on that organization where I am going for the interview. It gives the information on latest happenings, announcements, problems etc. which are generally asked in the interview.
  3. Taking help of someone working in that organization if possible, this is a great source of information and can give much insights about what is actually happening at the organization, how work is done at the place, how interviews are conducted, what is asked and what is the level of toughness of the questions which will be asked. This source helps prepare the candidate in advance about what may come in the interview.
  4. Searching information on websites which have reviews from employees, candidates who have either worked or interviewed at the organization, this also helps in preparing for the interview but are less trustworthy.
