Answer #1

According to me, the environment of rapid change will continue indefinitely. The reason for this is the fact that the market has now become customer-driven and that customers' demands are continuously changing and growing. Also, there is increase in competition in the market. Resulting in the rival firms competing with each other to gain a higher market share. Thus, they are focused on continuously providing some additional features to the existing products, or introducing new products to the market.

The factors that will be most significant in contributing to the continuance or abatement of this environment of constant change is the customers' demands, rivalary among competitor firms and technology innovations. These will impact the constant change. The customers demand are dynamic and growing regularly. While, the competition in the market is growing as well. There are more manufacturers of similar products than there were before. Finally, the technology innovations have no boundary. It is growing daily at a rapid rate. Only in case of either of these factors slowing down will the change be abated, else the environment of constant change will continue forever.
