Survey regarding any product or service is quite an important aspect in a business organization and the management gives quite importance to survey and specifically statistical surveys which provides a lot of inputs regarding a topic or an issue or a venture. Today the mode of doing surveys have changes and organizations rely on online surveys more than offline ones because it is convenient, simple and anonymous from an individual point of view. This has affected the total design of survey, initially which was created, based on offline initiatives are now inclined towards the online counterpart, hence the difference in the internal design is quite inevitable in order to make the surveys successful.
