Q) Concerns of JIT: What do you think can be the top managers' concerns about the implementation of Lean or JIT?

Top manager's have many concerns regarding the implementation of JIT or lean because these methods requires spontaneous team work and proper plan must be available. The major concern will be the time available and the resources available. They need to produce the material and dispatch it on time and the cost of production must not get exceeded. This requires experience ,team work and planning. When some new employees are given the tasks it might turn problematic. Inorder to avoid these concerns when implementing these methods proper training must be given to the employees and perfect planning must be available.
