The ethical and moral dilemmas faced are:
- Avoid conflict with senior managers as it will highlight the
wrongdoing in the company and expose the management loop holes
- Disapproval from co-workers as it will hamper their trust and
loyalty
- Personal impact on employee as it is may appear as interfering
with other person work
- It raises question on loyalty for the company and its
process
- The evidence gathered against wrongdoing may make a person
appear as a spy inside a come
Things necessary to "blow the whistles" on activities in my area
are:
- Proof of wrongdoing which needs to be highlighted
- Information on process of how to "blow the activities"
- Courage to raise voice and ready to face retaliation for
employees in the organization
