Custodial and Supportive: With the custodial model, managers encourage their employees by offering monetary gains. It emphasizes towards economic rewards and bebefits whereas the supportive model depends on leadership. The managers help and support their employees to grow in their career and enhance their capabilities.Employees psychological needs are taken care.

Customer feedback is one of the most important performance measurement tools which provides insights into customer satisfaction levels and help in creating strong relation with them. We can come to know about what improvements we have do in our product, services and customer experience which is very significant for business growth.
