Creativity has become a vital part of Management and leadership. Originally creativity was only associated with Art, however with more and more studies into management it has been realized that creativity also plays a major aspect in leadership roles. In growing business world it is highly important to have a creative mind to analyse the various challenges and come up with a unique set of ideas to solve them. Creative leadership also involves in engaging with their team members in unique ways in encouraging them to come up with innovative ideas to solve day to day challenges rather than follow the traditional methods. This helps in fostering creativeness and positivity among the employees Creativity also brings passion for the work as individuals are free to use their imagination to solve problems which in turn brings sense of responsibility and passion to achieve the goals.

Creative leadership always has a positive impact on the team, which fosters innovation and growth. Workforce are more inclined towards creative leaders who help them make decisions using creative ideas, this promotes satisfaction and creates a sense of ownership among the workforce.

One of the biggest examples of creative workforce can be attributed to Google. Google is an organisation that highly promotes creativity among its employees.one of the major value that Google believes is that “curiosity and creativity are never far apart”. Being curious to identify the problems and then being creative to solve them in the most unique way.

Leaders who promote creativity are likely to have a set of highly motivated and productive team. Even when planning is done at the top level management, if the team is allowed to decide on how to deliver, the most unique set of ideas can be developed to achieve the goal effectively and efficiently. Encouraging free thinking among the workforce and rewarding it promptly creates a sense of satisfaction. Brain storming has become one of the most important tool where employees are given a chance to think over and come up with unique set of ideas to achieve goals.
