There is no comparison of container store in their ways to motivate employees and it is the best strategy any organization possess in the industry. The ways through which they are doing it are:

1. Huge pay which is almost an example in the industry and none of the industries pay such huge wages to their employees. They devote a percentage of their store sales to the employees.

2. Training and development is another aspect in which the organization has been stupendous and they invest more than 250 hours on training in the first year itself.

3. Value the employees and consider them as important stakeholder of the business due to which employees like to work for the organization and stay connected.

4. Employees are given benefits if the organization performs better than the expectations.
