Tesla Motors is considered as one of the best cultures available in the car industry. Motors culture is directly developmental and their corporate culture as well as system is directly a definition of interaction between all of the components between the company. Tesla has a traditional approach to its culture and it is very limited to the product facility development. For the exaggerated control of the organisation they also implement new strategies as well as manage their specific strategies through their organisational structure.

Ford the second largest motor manufacturer of America and it is historical in known for producing family friendly vehicles as well as rough and tough service vehicles. Their product range spans from small cars to the last trucks and global presence of ford is very powerful.Ford is one of the biggest car manufacturers in the world and manufactures commercial as well as private vehicles. Ford's marketing strategy includes using sustainable resources in its production and providing a value for money product.

Definitely ford has a better international marketing structure as compared to Tesla. What has verified availability of their manufacturing as well as distribution facilities but Tesla is limited to United States of America only and have a very limited international market due to Limited production capabilities. Internationally what is competing with the world's leading brands but Tesla definitely has a very small market as compared to ford.

Both companies have different profit sanctuaries. Where Tesla is having a profit sanctuary in electric vehicle industry, volte is having specific sanctuary in creating quality products and delivering it across the globe in commercial as well as personal vehicles.

Tesla's profit sanctuaries definitely at computer position as Tesla is another brand name of electric vehicles. It is capturing each and every aspect of the specific segment and delivering best available quality standards which is creating a positive impact in overall revenue generated by Tesla in the international as well as the local market.
