All hospitals should take care of such cases with great care. As Hospital should not reveal such information about any patient in public.

One need to be careful because this is something needs not to be spoken in front of other patients. Diseases like STD should malign the image of the person as well, so in order to keep his / her identity hidden and also not to make other client feels vulnerable, staffs should take care while talking with such patients.

Some of the strategies could be

1. Having separate area for the STD patient.
2. All discussion should be done directly with doctor in his/her chamber
3. Identify should not be revealed as who is having what disease.
4. Staff should talk with respect to such patient
5. Any kind of embracement tall should not be there with the patients
