I have worked on shop floor, and anger on shopfloor are mostly destructive. I came across a situation where the supervisor was so furious with an operator who failed to do a routine check and led to rejection of a few components. There was a rough conversation between the operator and the supervisor. After this event the operator became demotivated while his colleagues became furious at the behavior of the supervisor. Eventually the performance of the production line dipped and operator-supervisor relation worsened
