Ans:
(1) Please state a brief summary of the Project:
The project refers to converting a vision, dream or else a need to reality.
Any project will have 4 major points Time, scope, quality and cost and these will be divided into phases.
(1) Proposal preparation
(2) project explaining, user and system requirements
(3) Operations and maintenance
(4) Testing, acceptance, deploying
(2) Formative Evaluation: The project evaluation will be done throughout the phase. Asking what was happening and what need to be done next etc.
(3) Summary Evaluation: In this evaluation the focus is on 1. Is
the project completed on time ?
2. What were the results ?
3. Have we reached every thing in the project scope or not ?
The summary evaluation is done once the project has been completed.
(4) Communication Plan: It shows all the project communications in one place like.
1. project milestones
2. schedules of that particular phase
3. meetings associated with the project
4. Scope of the project
5. Who are the point of contact in the project like the customers,
vendors etc
6. Knowing the project plan of the operations team
7. project status
8. problems involved in the project
9. What were the steps to solve the problem when arises on the
project etc
(5) Daily stand-up meetings:
The main focus on daily stand-up meetings is to know about yesterdays work and what need to be done in today's work. To know what were the milestones that need to be reached on that particular day.
Here are some of points as follows:
1. Every one need to note down the tasks need to be done for
that day
2. Every one should come at least 5 min prior to the time before it
starts
3. There must be a update on the status
As a in-charge here are some of the points that i will discuss as follows:
1. Checking about the milestones of the project whether the team
is reaching in time or not.
2. Is the project going on time or else moving out of scope.
3. Are we sending the status update to client or not on the
project
4. Need to check, if the problem arises on the project will the
team able to resolve it or not etc.
(6) Termination and closeout:
1. Reviewing the project once again, the project scope.
2. Monitor the activities that are completed on the project.
3. Checking all the milestones and time-lines whether it is done on
time or not.
4. Getting up the approve from the client or sub contractors
etc
5. Notifying about the project closure for all the
departments.
6. Checking about the needs that are properly done or not.
7. Reviewing the customer review and satisfaction on the
project.
