Guiding principle is a broad area under which the organization gets guidance throughout its journey in all kind of circumstances, irrespective of changes in its long and short-term goals.

Purpose: Its purpose is to define the firm behavior or values in every circumstance.

Mission: Mission is the way of achieving the vision. This defines the task done by the team and individuals for achieving the vision

Purpose: Defines working schedule and planning

Vision: It is a firm long-term goal

Purpose: It derive the company words its ultimate goals
