If the United States Constitution were being drafted today, do you think all of the Bill of Rights ( First 10 Amendments) would be included? What would be added, taken away or changed and why? Please be specific in your response.

I think that if the United States Constitution were being drafted today, then the Bill of Right (first 10 Amendments) would be included. However, I strongly feel the second amendment would have been removed because the gun-related crimes have surged in the United States and all of this occurred due to the right to bear and keep arms. Such a right would have been removed straight away if the United States Constitution were being drafted today.
