The best possible way to reduce or lessen such resistance fo chanhe is to built trust so that it helps them to understand the importance of change and what would be the impact of the change in positive manner. For eg: implementing punching machine for attendance in an organization There will.be resistance from employees becasbe they feel like they are over monitored and it will results too much of micromanagement.
