Why is a small business potentially in a better position to achieve customer satisfaction than a large firm?

It’s true that a small business potentially in a better position to achieve customer satisfaction than a large firm. The reason being is that small business has to deal with much lesser customers while the customer base of a large firm is quite large. It helps the small business to give more attention to its customers. Small business listens to the queries and concerns of its customers and is in a much better position to provide them a reasonable solution for the same. Whereas, having a large base of customers, large firm finds difficult to give sufficient attention to its customers. And, been unable to resolve the queries and concerns of many of its customers. That’s why a small business have more chance to achive customer satisfaction than a large firm.
