Answer #1

Disputes are common in any contract and the sustainability of that contract depends in how well we handle that dispute. Hence we need to discuss a resoulution with the other person we are entering the contract with prior to signing the contract so that everything goes smooth.A dispute resoution process is the steps needed to be taken when a dispute arises between the parties who made the contract on how to solve the dispute and what are the consequences. It consists of description of some elements which might turn into a dispute and the reasons . This makes all the members aware of these points and this helps in minimising the possibilities of disputes. Thi smust be included in every contract so that the contract remains intact and successful.
