A players and concentrate on B players are:

are most loyal to the organization. They have been with the
organization through thick and thin and without having any major
incentivization as most of company’s incentives are lauded on A
players.
- B players have the zeal to learn and improve upon their
weaknesses. They can be very strong in the long run.
- Organization can depend on B players in critical times.

well as the B players learn from their mistakes
