To attract the tenants we use to give advertisement of the product we possess. Before giving the advertisement we should do two things-

  1. Take a high quality photo of the property.
  2. Choose the right time to start advertising your property , it can be peek season or when there is no completion.

Various type of advertising used to attract tenants are-

  1. Post a yard sign , near of the property.
  2. Post ad on social network or any reselling site.
  3. Circulate the ad in your cycle by using social media platforms.
  4. Ask your current tenants for referral of the property.

In terms of relative effectiveness I would say advertisement in the reselling website possess best effectiveness to attract tenants. After that I posting yard sign and referral will be effective.
