I agree to this statement because when the organization is properly designed and organized, information can flow as expected. Every employee will have defined role and responsibility and their combined effort can lead to successful completion of the organization's goal. Their work will be properly channeled to the response of the stake holders. There won't be any ambiguity or overlap in the responsibilities and hence clean and efficient output can be expected.
