  • A complex environment should be broken down into smaller, manageable environments to better tackle them
  • developing a complex structure would further complicate the existing problems
  • To deduce the root cause of the problem, smaller and independent envirnment would be more cooperative
  • Change can be made effectively in a small environment rather than a complex one
