Dealing this Project as a Programm manager there involves many risks.The Programme Manager is responsible for the delivery of the project, coordinates the programmes and management of interdependencies.Pmgr is responsible for the integrity of a project, how to apply MSP is a key attribute.The main responsibility of PMgr is planning, defining, quality checking, managing communications, reporting to senior managers etc.

1.The initial risk is how to solve the problem, the keyway needed to solve the project.

2.Understanding the depth of the project.

3.Missing Role clarity.

4.Resistance to process-orientation in product development companies.

5.He has to understand the courses they offer and has to design accordingly, or else it would be a great risk at ending stage.

6.PMgr has to coordinate with departments of the college to gather the needs and explain them to their team members.
