The main aim of ISO 9000 is to make registered organization more compitative . An ISO 9000 is applied to the organization on a voulenteer basis. it mainly tells the organization what they must do but it does not tell how to do it. it is basically a mangement system that has been created to monitor the function and data of a specific organization. The total quality system must include the quality policy, the quality mannual, quality objectives, and also forms and records.
