Answer #1

We have conducted the market positioning map matrix for the theme parks in USA. The matrix has been plotted on the dimensions of price and quality of the services offered.

We can see that Disneyland is plotted in the high price, high quality quadrant. The consumers appreciate the quality of services offered by Disneyland and the innovative ride ideas which they introduce every year. However, the consumers do desire a slight relaxation in the pricing of the services of the theme park. This would enhance the market positioning of Disneyland or Walt Disney in particular as people from various income level will come under the potential consumer base.
