Answer #1

BMW established in 1916 , since then it is growing. It is a well known automobile company for its ultra luxery and amazing interior and hybrid technology.

BMW ethics :

Since BMW signed the German diversity Charter and claimed that all the employees in its organisation are treated equally with regardless to their gender, culture, age, religion etc. but the fact is in 2013 the Equal employment opportunity commision has filed a suit against the BMW for firing and not hiring the employees of the UTI ( earlier partner of BMW ) because they are black and were of other company employees and give the reason to pass the criminal convection policy .

So according to me Business ethics with regard to managing diversity is good or average. though it is good in fair dealing with the clients , suppliers and customers etc.

BMW social responsibility:

The BMW always come forard to contribute for the humanity like Fund to the Education , donate funds towards the arts and also towards the community.

Responsible for the development of locals, road safety, traffic rules and encourage the development of society.

BMW environment Sustainability:

BMW plays a significant role by saving the energy , consumption of fuel, emission of fuel , mitigate the wastage and introduce the cleanliness in environment.

The use of renewal energy to obtain the electricity like wind, water etc.

Use of waste and recycling program, closed water cycles etc.
