  • Ethical sourcing = The company must ensure the ingredients they are sourcing like cocoa, coffee etc. must be produced and purchased ethically. The people involved in the operation are not exploited
  • Conserve water and energy in their day to day operation = To do this, company has constructed LEED certified stores all across
  • To help community to grow and prosper, company donates some amount of earning from each transaction to nonprofit partners which are involved in community service like health, education etc.
  • The company is focusing on driving diversity and has pledged to hire veterans and military along with maintaining gender ratio
