  1. Time: It refers to the time spent together. It’s very important in a relationship marketing to give sufficient time to your customers so that he doesn’t feel neglected.
  2. Intensity: It refers to the sense of closeness, which need to be felt while meeting your customers. It can be shown by listening to him properly and offering solutions.
  3. Trust: Perhaps the most important component of a relationship marketing. And, it can’t get develop quickly, it evolves with time and mutual understanding.
  4. Reciprocity: Be it a personal or professional relationship, It can’t be one sided. So the services should be reciprocated by both the sides.
