Discuss what a redistributive program is. What is the difference between redistributive and non-redistributive program?

Redistributive program is spreading the wealth or income from rich to poor so that everyone gets equal rights and live their life equally. This is done by taxes, restrictions on imports etc., Generally governments take up this program to create a society which treats every individual equally. This program also helps in reducing violence and everyone lives together as there will be no inequalities . A redistributive program levels the society while a non redistributive program has inequality in the society. Unlike redistribution , non redistribution does not collect any taxes which makes rich even richer and poor even poor and the society will be inequal giving rise to many conflicts .
