1. Yes, I agree that an increased social awareness on college campuses of institutionalized racism that will impact Corporate America. And, the impact will certainly be positive as it will create awareness about racism and will enhance the culture of equality and anti-racism. Apart from that, these social awareness campaigns would also share awareness of the laws and punishments of the racist behavior.
2. Yes, I do believe that companies should publicly support the Black Lives Matter movement, or other anti-racism groups. The reason being is that involvement of companies of repute would increase the reach of such movements. And, it can also be a part of companies’ corporate social responsibility programs.
