Answer: One of the most effective conflict management processes which may fit with any project management team is of bargaining and negotiation. Bargaining and negotiation involves allowing both the parties to create benefits for themselves while at the same time giving up on certain demands. Both the parties sit together and then attempt to create a common ground by giving up some of their trivial interests while maintaining their main interests. It a process through which both the parties attempt to maximize their gains and reduce their losses. This is the most effective process as in it both the parties are able to accommodate their interests and can reach a solution through a give and take mechanism. Bargaining and negotiations are the most common form of conflict resolution process which take place when one or more companies work as a team.
