Answer #1

The focus of JP Morgan Chase now is to focus on innovation and think differently regarding breaking the barriers. It focused on providing an integrated experience. The focus is on managing and acquiring service with integrated focus. It focuses on customer service and marketing experience in an effective manner. The bank is focusing on effectiveness of advertising.

It has troubles related to aligning objectives and focusing on sales along with advertising. There is a focus to maintain consistency and effective brand outcomes. The combination of media metrics and outcome, brand safety is the focus and concern. It's focus is to gain control, focus on transparency and brand safety.

I would focus on making improvement to banking, data and technology for improving consumer behaviour and focusing on marketing strategies to enhance and market the changes in the organization.

The company works in highly competitive environment and the competitors are

banks, brokerage firms, investment banking companies, merchant banks, hedge funds, commodity trading companies, private equity firms, insurance companies, mutual fund companies, investment managers, credit card companies, mortgage banking companies, trust companies, securities processing companies, automobile financing companies, leasing companies, e-commerce. The focus is competing on the basis of quality and different services price and innovation.
