2. Appreciation for the process of improving the services and understanding the scope of change that is necessary to function more efficiently.

3. Infrastructure requirements to be able to successfully implement the system.

4. Integration with already installed systems that are currently in use by the Healthcare Provider.

5. Cost and finance requirements and the returns that are going to be received by implementing the EHR system.
