Alliance is coming together of firms to form a single entity where the firms maintain their individual identity . In global business alliances help in gaining the required publicity . When we form an alliance with a famous firm , we can use that in our marketing strategies and get business. This gives good results and business develops . Marketing also becomes easy as the alliance helps us in getting access to customers easily .But if the other firm do not have a good reputation in the market then it will effect our marketing negatively .
