Why is it important for a leader to model to others the attitudes, values, and behaviors set forth in the vision; to be a living example of the ideals articulated in the vision?

It is important for a leader to model to the attitudes, values and behaviors set forth on the vision ; to be a living example of the ideals articulated in the vision because the leader plays a very vital role in his project management. His attitude ,behaviour with his employees also plays major role. His way of implementation of vision statement, the main goals for achievement, gives his employees a sense of responsibility.

He makes his employees feel a sense of responsibility makes them feel motivated which indeed results in their efficiency.

Efficiency of employees results in betterment of project which leads to the great results and also successful completion of the Project . Thus a leader has to maintain everything to give best results , therefore has very vital role in this.
