How does communication differ for a project manager in a project-based organization versus a non-project-based organization?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Communication differs for a project manager in project based organization because there are several numbers of teams working of the different projects so they have little interaction between each other to complete the project. The project manager would definitely need to ensure that to increase the communication level and supervision over the teams to complete the project successfully.

Non project based organization would have department heads to relay the information from the manager or leaders to the team members. In non-project based organization there is a hierarchy which is followed by the team members and this hierarchy is always followed by the team member for their internal conversation.
